Today I wanted to share my maths problem I had a lot of fun figuring it out. The hardest part to me was when I had to put the 50 minutes into hours. I learnt that the easiest way to add up the hours and minutes was to use time table. My next step is to be able to do it with a whole year.

Today I wanted to share what I have been doing in the past week. The hardest part when I made this DLO was that I didn't know much about Tapa because my country never made Tapa. But this is how much I know. I know its not much but I hope you like it.  

My trip to bunnings

Today I just wanted to share what I been doing this week. So on the 2nd to last week of school, last term all the year 6 was told to meet at Room 14. There Miss Tukuma told us the news she told us that there was a completion they gave us a board and we had to fill it in and we did. Then this term we found out that we won. So on that weeks Thursday we when to bunnings and got our prize it was a cherry tree and some bags with some goodies in it. Oh and I forgot only a small group of year 6 were choosed.  

What I'm going to do in my holiday

Today I'm gonna share what I'm gonna do in the holiday. In the holiday I think I will be reading a lot and watch TV or babysitting oh wait, baby sitting my worst night mare someone save me. Okay I was going off track there. My parents said they will set up a little comfy place so I can read books or sleep in their shop which I'm really excited about. I probably will go to my cousin house at least once.

Today I just wanted to share a bit about what I have been doing. So if you're wondering what I have been doing well I was making koru art it was so fun and it was so exciting that I had to share it with you. I had to do two drafts and I had to sketch it so that was hard. My favourite part was when I colour it in with pastel. I found it really hard to not go out of the line with the pastel. So my next step learning step is not to go out of the line using the pastel. But what I success-ed in was blending my pastel together with my index finger.

My boredom poem

Today I wanted to share a poem about boredom. I am actually a very bad poem writer true fact. But I try my best so I hope you like it. I really enjoy writing it so my next steps is trying to write a rhyming poem and I never done one before so here's my poem.

Boredom is the colour white.

Boredom smells like a blank peace of paper.

Boredom looks like a white wall.

Boredom sounds like me breathing.

Boredom feels like me doing nothing. 

Boredom taste like air.

Tongan fans

So today I want to shared what I have been doing for Tongan language week and let me tell you it was fun. So for Tongan language week we made fans out of paper plates I drew tones of pattern and I learned a lot about the Tongan patterns. I mostly enjoy the drawing. I also learned that the churches and school were build around the kings grave yard in Tongan. Here's some photo of the fans and the result.
